| Given the current problem of human population growth, the occurrence of food shortage in the near future is anticipated. Efficient utilization of marine products, therefore, is extremely important to assure sufficient marine resources fitting for consumer taste trend. This sub-session focuses on biotechnology, by-products, unutilized and underutilized resources, wastes, and zero emission to support efficient use of marine resources. |
